Walking In Garden

Would you like to be a Compassionate Neighbourhood Health Partners Society (CNHPS) Volunteer?

Trained CNHPS volunteers help to stimulate connections between seniors and their neighbours and enhance how neighbours help seniors with small acts of compassionate caring. CNHPS volunteers also offer support to the older adult living with chronic illness or frailty and their caregivers;

  • To help them access health and community resources
  • To explore ways to help them re-connect with things that give them pleasure.
  • Explore ways to connect with other older adults.
  • To assist in finding answers to questions that they may have.
